Bulumko High School
Sidy Sagare is a master drummer from Mali. He studied djembe from the age of 7 with some of Mali’s greatest djembe masters and played in the National Ballet of Mali. He has played with famous African musicians such as Baba Maal, Cheikh ‘lo, Salif Keita, Miriam Makeba and many others. He has an incredible passion for djembe and is a truly inspiring performer and teacher.
The #followyourheART initiative, was developed to help local community groups gain more recognition and exposure and give participants opportunities to perform.
