Uitsig Rieldansers
The Uitsig Rieldansers is a group of dancers from Uitsig, on the Cape Flats. Established in 2015, they dance the traditional Rieldans. By reconnecting to their Khoi heritage, they break free from the gangsterism and poverty in their community and rise above their circumstances.
The #followyourheART initiative, was developed to help local community groups gain more recognition and exposure and give participants opportunities to perform.
